A 6% Michigan Sales Tax is added to all rentals under 30 days.
Rentals over 30 days are not taxed. All rentals require half the rental rate
plus a $45.00 booking fee in advance to secure the reservation by credit card. There is a $200.00 – $500.00 Security Deposit if paying by cash or check.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee on all rentals.
All rates and dates are subject to change.
